    PROJECT BRIEF

    The project was to find a manufacturer for customized Thermo Bottles and Insulated food containers both with 18/8 stainless steel. The client provided with the desired specifications according to which the
    product was to shape up.


    Product Profile Creation

    • With the customer, a detailed profile was of the product was created


    Suppy Market Analysis

    • Our team made short listing criteria for manufacturers based on the product analysis
    • Narrowed manufacturers were shared the detailed enquiry via trade platforms.


    Sourcing

    • Based on the specs and competencies of the suppliers' quotes were finalized.
    • Prices were negotiated to match the client's budget.
    • Selected manufacturer was to execute a prototype.


    Implementation

    • From our logistics wing the prototype was sent to Germany for approval.
    • Upon customer's evaluation, first production run was carried out.




    A well-known European company, based out in Finland, wanted to outsource their customer support division of SaaS web application.

    After mapping the client's requirements & the team shortlisting the service providers that
    were fulfilling the prerequisites, we made an Evaluation Matrix.
